MWS-004 EPDM Baby Nipple (100 units)

MWS (Moving Wire Seal) units provides a superior alternative to the use of latex rubber and silicone baby nipples by providing an optimized system (design AND material selection) for industrial applications.

• List price is for one (1) Lot = 100 units (bulk packaged). Material is EPDM, Color is Black, Durometer is 35A. The units as provided have no opening on the tip (customer is responsible). The pricing and lot size listed here only applies to USA domestic locations and not to International (non-USA) customers.
• MWS units are utilized for sealing a moving wire entering the bottom of a application bath containing liquid materials such as PTFE in dispersion.
• MWS units also find applicability in the chemical etching of PTFE on a wire. MWS units are used to seal a length of stainless steel tube (both ends) containing a heated chemical solution (such as Fluoroetch®) allowing the PTFE coated wire to pass through the solution
• Excellent chemical resistance on the great majority of applications including acids, alkalis, salts and many others at temps up to 90°C (194°F). Weak on organic compounds and cannot be used on fats and petroleum oils.
